Activations are chargeable once per BlackBerry Enterprise enabled mailbox within your organisation. If the device changes (upgraded/replaced), there is no need to pay the activation fee again. If the user no longer requires the BlackBerry Enterprise capability, the activation fee is not refunded, however another member of staff at your company will be entitled to connect a device to the service, without having to pay the activation fee.
