About Berkeley IT

Berkeley IT was initially conceived in 1999 to provide bespoke hosting solutions in the UK. The company has since evolved, focusing on technically excellent infrastructure and communications specific IT services to a wide range of clients.

Having grown from a single server hosted with another ISP to now operating our content delivery network across multiple datacenters, our focus is still on providing the best solutions to every one of our clients regardless of their size or budget.

Incorporated in England & Wales (05223995) in November 2004, Berkeley IT Ltd is privately owned and has no outstanding debt. Berkeley IT Ltd is registered to collect VAT for HM Customs and Excise (GB857592671).

Over the last four years we have developed our hosting and content delivery network to meet the ongoing requirements of our clients, ranging from a basic web presence and email to cutting edge load balancing and multimedia streaming platforms we are confident we can consistently exceed our clients expectations for performance and reliability. Our presence in multiple datacenters allows us to provide redundant services and disaster recovery solutions that have become a necessity for many of our clients due to the growing dependency on electronic communications and e-business.

Our background in managed services combined with wide range of expertise available from our specialist consultants allows us to offer a full range of customer centric solutions that are built around the common requirements of new and growing business.
